Abdul Hamid Sulayman noted the Un-Islamic Concepts and Terminology has been an alien concept in Islamic Studies as the result of the inadequacy of their approach and lack of authenticity in the research of the systems. Therefore for him due to the pressure research is hastily conducted and resulting lack of discrimination, uncertainty, adds the confusions understanding and mostly fails to reach the prominent goal.

Democracy, according to Abdul Hamid Sulayman, as both concept and a system, has to be endorse as new approaches to the justice yet must be avoid in blind imitation, insufficient investigation and inappropriate decisions. It was a combination of the procedural measures of choosing the future leader and a natural extension of the materialistic philosophy that regards man as physical entities.

In short, democracy is a Western system that has a deep root and was an amalgamation of individuals who by forming a majority voice to has their choices heard within making stating minimal concessions to minorities.

However, some Islamic scholars and accepted have rejected democracy by some scholars. They said that Islam offered Shura which aims at choosing the proper leadership, establishing checks and controls over them. Shura is contrary with democracy in terms of the different of ultimate purpose. The difference as has been highlighted by Abdul Sulayman lies in the notion of justice and Divine revelation. Moreover, the method of Syura offered the equal procedure which will gathered all the selected individuals and discussed upon crucial matters to encounter. Thus, it will reach by conclusion within the philosophical concept of justice.

Hence, he declares that if the issues surrounding the discussion have over mere concern justice yet a case preferring one to other, we could adopt voting system in this case. He insist that in emphasizing in philosophical background of the concept regarding of this system, will advocated into developing insight into the nature of Islamic political systems. In contrast with the West system, we could take this advantage as advance in spreading justice in our Ummah. Finally, we strictly have to avoid Blind Westernization imitation that will bring us to despair of Muslim development spiritually and intellectually mission yet also will cause to catastrophic result.

On the other hand the author has also noted the others systems which have been recognized as an alien system in Islamic thought. When the terms of sovereignty in Islam mean the devotion ultimately only to Allah, but indeed sovereignty is a Western concept is gradually thoroughly evolution of Western systems. However, in the author opinion the basic argument encountered in terms of merits or demerits of this term it does no benefits to Islamic thought neither in order to reject nor adopt it.

While some scholars accepted this concept as one of Islamic thought, the are some Muslim scholar whom rejected this terms which based on the claim that only divinely revealed knowledge is the mere source of the Shariah. This argument relied upon either rejecting or adopting this term has indicated the insufficient awareness of the nature of the Islamic constitutions and also inability to make a precise and efficient decision.

The author has stressed to indicate the crucial effort to avoid Blind imitation in Western systems, which will lead into a great understanding in the definition of their systems. As to conclude sovereignty has no place in the framework in which the Islamic political structure is organized yet it does exist in the workings of the basic legislative spheres. The real issues as has been noted needed for the implementation of a properly Islamic system. Important, the method has to organized properly and understand the nature of the Islamic framework, its evaluation, and the challenge it has developed since the the Umayyad  period as well as to establish a bright future for Ummah.
