Diriiwayatkan oleh Abu Qatadah ra, beliau berkata : Rasulullah saw bersabda :
صوم يوم عرفة يُكفِّر سنتين: ماضية ومستقبلة، وصوم يوم عاشوراء يكفر سنة ماضية
"Puasa pada hari Arafah menghapuskan (dosa) 2 tahun : yang lepas dan yang akan datang, dan puasa pada hari ‘Asyura’ menghapuskan (dosa) setahun yang lepas" -[Hadith diriwayatkan oleh semua kecuali al-Bukhari dan Tirmudzi, Nailul Authar, 4/323].

Takhrij Hadith Muthalsal Bil Musofahah II
The title will invite some controversy issues and discussion, I supposed. But I did not want to emphasize on the controversial issues. As Imam Malik r.a has said " Al-Jidal Haram fi Haqqil Awwam wa Makruh fi Haqqil Ulama’". The point that I would like to stress here is my continuation of the Thakhrij Of Hadith Muthalsal Bil Musofahah II which I have been promised before has to be pending for a while. The problem occurred when all the information given by my Syeikh of Hadith aka Assoc Prof of Hadith here was ‘invisible’ in my mp3 that has broken. Now on, I did not have a mp3, a laptop as well a hand phone ( that is a relieve in someway). Either I want to believe it or not all of my personal technical items have encountered some problems. Therefore, I hope to continue posting takhrij of the hadith after some times alongside after I can manage to arrange another session with him. InshAllah.
Allah’s Messenger (Sal-allahu-aleihi-wasallam) said: "Whose like to meet Allah, Allah also likes to meet him, and whoso does not like to meet Allah, Allah also does not like to meet him. Ayesha (RA) or some of his wives said: Certainly we dislike death. He replies: That is not so; but when death comes to a believer, he is given good news of the pleasure of Allah and His gifts. There is then nothing dearer to him than what is before him. So he likes to meet Allah and Allah also likes to meet him. And an unbeliever-when death comes to him, he is given good news of the punishment of Allah and of His chastisement. And there is nothing more detestable to him than what lies in front of him. So he dislikes to meet Allah, and Allah also dislikes to meet him." [1601] Narrated by Obadah bin Swamet Transmitted by Sahih Bukhari and Muslim (Mishkat)
