Love is a nature mode. It is natural art and music of life. Subtle.
Love is like a river, it is always soothing, overwhelming, flowing and has no ending.
Children = Love.

Your children are not your children:
They are the sons and daughters of life’s longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you,
And though they are with you yet they belong not to you.You may give them your love but not your thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.
You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you.
For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.You are the bows from which your children
as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite,
and He bends you with His might
that His arrows may go swift and far.
Let our bending in the archer’s hand be for gladness;
For even as He loves the arrow that flies,
so He loves also the bow that is stable.
A Noble Hadith of our Prophet p.b.u.h:
Abdullah ibn Umar reported that he heard the Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h <!–[if !vml]–><!–[endif]–>saying: "Every one of you is a guardian, and responsible for what is in his custody. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects and responsible for them; a husband is a guardian of his family and is responsible for it; a lady is a guardian of her husband’s house and is responsible for it, and a servant is a guardian of his master’s property and is responsible for it. A man is a guardian of his father’s property and is responsible for it so all of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and things under your care)." (Bukhâri 3/592)
Imam Al-Ghazali Rohimahullah
The soul of your child is like an uncut precious jewel entrusted into your care by Allah. To you is given the awsome responsibility of shaping that precious jewel to any kind of shape. If the child is made accustomed to khayr (that which is good), his parents and teachers will share in his reward. If the child is made accustomed to wrongdoings, the parents/teachers/ guardians will share in the punishment.."
As dorky, quirky, noisy, naughty, witty they can be, our children is merely a sign of pure love and solid responsibility. They are the next generation of our Ummah.
